i write, i take pictures, and i make art.

i work as a clinical art psychotherapist who incorporates movement, mindfulness, fun, and spirituality into my work with beloved clients.

i've also served as long-time editor for the earth, planetary, and space sciences department at ucla.

i'm the kind of person who'd take two yoga teacher trainings just to be able to spend two months only doing yoga and meditating (not to teach).

and i use all forms of my art as meditation with the hope that it brings deeper inquiry and connection to self, others, and the universe.
